How do I place an order?
Have you found some pretty jewellery or accessories in the webshop? Add it to your shopping cart, via the 'Order' button. The item of your choice is now placed in the shopping cart. At the top right (on desktop) you will see your shopping cart and the number of items placed.
When you want to proceed to order, click on the logo of the shopping cart. The selected items are listed below. You also have the option to remove an item from the shopping cart. If you have a coupon, you can enter the code below the 'Discount coupon' button and add to the order.
Log in with your account details or register if you place an order for the first time. By registering, you will be eligible for SKATT-points, which will grant you a discount on your next order(s).
At the bottom page you find the total price of your order, including possible shipping costs. Because all items from the collection are margin goods, no VAT is charged.
Click on 'Order these items' and follow the 3 steps: 1. enter User information or login into your account at User details, 2. Payment method and 3. Monitoring. After completing this page, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and your order will be carefully packed and picked up by Fietskoeriers for shipment.
How do I save SKATT-points?
Earn SKATT-points at SKATT STORE - 1 SKATT-point is worth 1 euro!
SKATT STORE likes to reward regular customers with something extra. How it works? Quite simple. If you create an account with your order, you automatically earn points that can be exchanged at your next order.
You will automatically earn SKATT-point from an order amount of minimum 50 euro (shipping excl.) The higher your order amount the higher your loyalty point balance. These points will be granted onto your account and you can exchange them at your next order. Or save them up.
It's possible to exchange the entire point balance or just a part. Whatever you desire. 1 SKATT-point has a value of 1 euro. The minimum value of your order should be 90 euro for exchanging your SKATT-points. There is no expiration date for your loyalty points, they are valid as long as the webshop is alive and kicking. If SKATT-STORE decides to end this system, you will receive a notification in order for you to get the chance to exchange your points. The SKATT-points are not redeemable for cash.
How do I track my order?
Via the track & trace code that you have received from Fietskoeriers or DHL, you can follow the order. This e-mail also announces the first delivery moment. Would you like to adjust the delivery day/time? Please contact their customer service, see the e-mail.

When transferring please state your order number. Your order will be shipped after your payment is received. Your payment must be received within 7 days after placing your order. If not, your order will be cancelled and the ordered items will be available again in the webshop.
Please note: if you opt for post-payment, you will receive payment instructions via Billink B.V. within a few days by e-mail. The right to collect the invoice is then transferred to Billink B.V.
Customers from the Netherlands can order an amount up to € 250 via Billink post-payment. Billink will implement a real-time credit check when choosing this option.
Can I shop safely on the webshop?
Yes you can. SKATT STORE takes the protection of your data seriously. Therefore, not only is the payment page, but the entire webshop is secured through an SSL certificate. See https and the lock in the address bar. This means that you can browse, order and pay securely online on the webshop without compromising your personal or payment information.
Can I return my order?
Is your order not quite what you expected? That is unfortunate, but you have the opportunity to return your order.
Within the period of 14 days after receiving your order, you can cancel the order. The information about returns and the withdrawal form has been sent to you along with the order confirmation. Please fill in this form and send it to eva@skattstore.nl.
How do I return my order?

You have the right to cancel (part of) your order up to 14 days after receipt. Then you have 14 days left to ship your item(s) after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including paid shipping. Do you not return the entire order, but only part of it? Then shipping costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for the shipping costs from your home to the address of the webshop. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the item/items will be returned to SKATT STORE with all supplied accessories and in the original condition and packaging. Please return the package preferably registered/insured. Returns are always at your own risk. SKATT STORE accepts no responsibility for lost packages.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, please contact the webshop in advance at eva@skattstore.nl. Please state return shipping and your order number. SKATT STORE will then return the due order amount within 14 days after registration of your return - provided the product has been returned in good order within this period.

SKATT STORE reserves the right to accept or refund any jewellery that has been damaged, broken or worn and/or used to such extent that resale is no longer possible. Perfume scent on the jewellery is also considered to be worn. It is up to the webshop to determine whether the ordered item is returned in the same state as it was sent to you.
Can I reuse the packaging box when returning?
Yes, you certainly can. SKATT STORE has chosen a type of shipping package that is also suitable for return shipping. For return shipping, just cover the strip opening firmly with tape and stamp and address the package to SKATT STORE, Spittaalstraat 45, 7201 EB Zutphen, The Netherlands. SKATT STORE always recommends sending your return per registered shipping.
Are all the jewellery pieces authentic?
Over the years, SKATT STORE has gained a lot of knowledge about the background and signatures of jewellery. All jewellery is checked for authenticity and are guaranteed original (designer) pieces.
In addition, many of SKATT STORE's jewellery pieces are currently true collector's items, very much beloved and praised by experts for the quality with which they have been manufactured.
The vintage jewellery that SKATT STORE sells is at least 25 years old and the quality varies from good to excellent. Your purchase can be worn directly, because all items are carefully cleaned beforehand, as well as the earrings. Keeping it clean and fresh for its new owner.
Do keep in mind that your purchase can show some signs of wear. Due to the fact that this jewellery is not brand new or manufactured on a large scale in a factory. The condition of the jewellery is mentioned in the description. By moving the cursor over the jewellery photos, you can zoom in and watch them up close.

Now that's the tricks of the trade :) What I can reveal is that I'm always looking for the most beautiful items home and abroad. In the meantime I have developed an eye for it. Anyhow I put a lot of time, love and attention into selecting the most exclusive treasures. About SKATT STORE
My earliest jewellery memory dates from the time (late seventies) I was standing in my grandmother Ans' bedroom. Under the mirror on the wall I saw all kinds of necklaces, in various colors and with beads big and small. It felt like I was on an adventure and had discovered a real treasure. The attraction I felt was unprecedented. Grandma encouraged me to try on her jewellery stock, preferably one by one. And then, parading in front of the mirror, I admired the result of this prettiness around my child's neck. A new fascination was born, which continues to date.
SKATT STORE has thus derived for the love of beautiful old jewellery. Jewellery with a story that may have passed from generation to generation. Jewellery is more than just a fashion accessory; it says something about the time and place it was made, about the creator, the materials and, last but not least, the women who wore them. Vintage jewellery is often distinctive and stylish. Also a sustainable choice. And of very good quality, because mostly created by a skilled jewellery artist. To illustrate the story behind the jewellery, you are provided with a lot of information about each individual piece of jewellery and their designers.

Does SKATT STORE have an offline store?

In addition to the webshop, SKATT STORE opened its doors in December 2019 in the medieval Hanseatic city of Zutphen! The store can therefore be visited. All items in the webshop are available and can be tried on in store. The store is open from Thursday to Saturday and also by appointment. Hope to welcome you soon!

To which countries does SKATT STORE ship?
SKATT STORE ships orders within the Netherlands (Wadden islands not included), and to Belgium.
The shipping costs are automatically added into the shopping cart.
What is the delivery time of my order?
You will receive your package in the Netherlands within three business days after placing your order and having received your payment. The delivery time for Belgium may take longer. Fietskoeriers or DHL will send you a track & trace code by e-mail, which allows you to trace the package online. This e-mail will state the first delivery moment. Fietskoeriers delivers packages on business days between 18:00 and 22:00 hours. Do you wish to change your delivery day/time? Then contact the carrier; see the information in the e-mail that was sent to you. You must always sign for receipt.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders as of €125 to costumers living in the Netherlands and Belgium. On orders under €125 the registered shipping costs in the Netherlands are € 7,10 per package. For Belgium, that is € 12.42. Please note that you must sign for receipt.
In the Netherlands (expect Wadden Islands), Fietskoeriers and DHL provide the shipment. Over the border, the shipment is transferred to PostNL.
Which shipping party delivers my order?
SKATT STORE has deliberately chosen to send orders through Fietskoeriers (Bike couriers). They represent a sustainable shipping option that relieves traffic in the larger cities by delivering the packages by bicycle. In a green, fast and sporty fashion. And for SKATT STORE this coincides with its trade: vintage, and therefore sustainable, goods.
The trained couriers cycle hard every day to deliver the order on time and with a smile at your home. If desired, they will offer your order at another time if you don't expect to be home. You can always inform Bike couriers customer service if delivery time doesn't suit you. Via online live chat or by phone at 085-2737442. They are available on Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 to 22:00 hours.
